Jollies of Blackpool originated from a Victorian Villa which dated back in 1876. To date, we still house some original features of the original villa.
Over the years, the building has been tastefully converted into a comfortable guest house with 12 individual rooms, including 2 family suites that can accommodate 4 people. We are proud to be environmentally-conscious throughout our operation.

Jollies of Blackpool is located only minutes away from the world-famous Blackpool Illuminations. The 10km display stretches along the stunning coastline and features more than one million lightbulbs.
The lights create a beautiful scenery which attracts millions of visitors every year. Besides the illuminations, there are traditional festoons and tableaux along the promenade to make the season beautiful and memorable.
There are also extraordinary 3D projection shows in front of Blackpool Tower Building- truly the Greatest Free Light Show on Earth .
Normally, a lot of people who visit the Blackpool Illuminations drive through the lights by a coach/bus or a car. However, there are other ways you can view the lights; heritage open top tram rides are a great way to enjoy the tradition and nostalgia (and beat the traffic!).
During the Illumination season, the annual lights festival lasts for 66 days and attracts more than 3.5 million visitors every year!
Our Guest House Rooms
Jollies of Blackpool have a variety of rooms to suit all party sizes and budgets. We have a mixture of Double, Single and Twin rooms, as well as our family suites. All rooms are en-suite as standard.
Our ground floor Twin room is available with a standard en-suite shower although it has limited accessibility to disabled persons. On the other hand, our Twin room 11 is a Bunk Bedroom that's located on the second floor. Within each room you'll find:

- TV with Freeview
- Coffee/tea making facilities for our guests
- Late keys provided to allow access to the rooms at all times

Bed and Breakfast at Jollies of Blackpool
You can stay at our rooms on a Room Only or Bed & Breakfast basis. All of our meals are prepared fresh daily to order using locally-sourced ingredients.
We specialise in catering for special dietary requirements; Lynne has completed a course to offer inclusive service to customers with Coeliac disease, as well as the FSA Food allergy Training Course.
A 3-course traditional breakfast is our speciality although we include a few choices for starters. A full English breakfast of sausage, fried bread, bacon, hash browns, baked beans and fried eggs.
There are also additional items to suit your taste, e.g. scrambled, boiled or poached eggs, beans on toast etc. Please note that breakfast is not included as standard and is served on a pre-booked basis.
Our evening menus are home-cooked daily, featuring an extensive 4-course meal with a varying choice of starters, mains and sweets. On a Sunday we also offer a traditional Sunday Dinner of roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, fresh vegetables and roast potatoes.
